Custom Functions help

Hi,

Is it possible to get the email body (either HTML or text) from within a custom function? 

The release notes for v4.60.8-1 seem to say that:
"The Custom Function is now passed not only the message, but also a ref to a list of parameters specified in the MailScanner.conf file."

Although I'm not sure if this just means the message ID or other such identifier.
