Correction for - SAVI missing

On my system... when I do:

MailScanner --version | grep -i missing

It says:

missing SAVI

My question is...

Is SAVI still needed... I only ask as it is *NOT* amongst the group of perl RPMs in the MailScanner Tar.gz .
