More filetype/filename questions: jsp, js, mno files

Hello All,

I have attempted to search for and test allowing the following file 
types which are frequently passed among my developers in .zip files. 
I cannot seem to figure out how to allow them. I've figured out how 
to overload the ruleset for just these users, but still cannot get 
these filetypes/names through:

*.mno
*.jsp
*.js

It's pretty aggravating. Can anyone help?
