DoS condition on OCR?

Hi,

Is anyone else seeing problems when using OCR scanning in their anti-spam 
solution?

I suspect there are messages going round where the PDF file explodes to a 
set of images which in term drive a OCR solution nuts because it explodes 
to aburd sizes.

In effect it seems to cause a DoS condition.
