Set "Keep Spam And MCP Archive Clean" to "no" and see if that does
what you want... You'll need keep an eye on things when released,
since most have whitelisted localhost (more or less completely) to be
able to release at all... Might get ugly if the users can release
things (perhaps from MailWatch) themselves.
