Oh my!
You shouldn't list more than 1 or 2 spam lists there. This many will run 
very slowly!
Let SpamAssassin look them up for you, it does them in parallel.
I would just advise
Spam List = spamhaus-ZEN
You also have dead lists and many overlaps in there.
