Disable virus checks for high spam

It seems it scans the mail.

But you might be right cause I don't see anything about
the EICAR virus being detected.
If I send EICAR alone, all virus scanners shout in the logs.

That Virus and Content Scanning: Starting
is somehow misleading. Probably only content checking
is done.
