using mailscanner/mailwatch ony for reports and logging

Hello to all.

I have this situation in one of my servers:

The domain is always scanned by mailscanner at an "external" Server
And we have a internal mail Server with relay in the external.

The messages are downloaded by fetchmail every 3 minutes.

My question is: it´s possible to use mailscanner only to log the messages
send and received to generate reports only? How i have to configure it?
