Wich POP3 server

I'm using Washington University (WU) server POP/IMAP without serious 
troubles since '98.
I don't know which OS you have on your system, as this application is 
unix-oriented.

And Dovecot just went to 1.0 stable, so no reason to hold out because it is

beta or RC.
