Clam module broken after main.cvd update

You can re-enable the .cvd download by editing freshclam.conf and  
setting ScriptedUpdates to no.

Hopefully at some point the Clam Module / MailScanner will work  
better with ScriptedUpdates, but that quick fix with freshclam.conf  
works well in the interim :)
