So taking a view that it seems to have taken 9 minutes to go from my  
MX to the list server, the list was exploded in 7 seconds and then  
took -5 minutes to be delivered. I think NTP is still accurate on my  
box but perhaps that blue police box in the corner is causing some  
interference :-)
