This is due to a change in 4.55(?) where the default lock type was for
sendmail was changed from flock (for sendmail 8.12) to posix (which
sendmail 8.13 uses). The code didn;t autodetect which version you where
running - I believe this has been fixed in the beta due for release as
stable this weekend.
