Stockmarket spam

Excuse if this has been covered before I have only been a subscriber 
for a few weeks.

I refer to the Stockmarket spam the one with a .gif file and 
jibberish text at the bottom.

I see Mailscanner is giving this status in the header:

X-Spam-Status: No, score=3.6 required=5.0 tests=BAYES_50,DATE_IN_FUTURE_06_12,
	EXTRA_MPART_TYPE,HTML_MESSAGE,HTML_TEXT_AFTER_BODY,SARE_GIF_ATTACH
	autolearn=yes version=3.1.0

However they are all coming through a clean.

How do we catch these we are getting in excess of 100 a day.
