problem with recive mail from gmx

i know, solve the problem this way isnt the best
but in fact many of our users have private gmx accounts
or have buisness contacts to gmx, thats why it must work.

write a letter or mail to gmx is useless, in fact their
first level support is the worest ive ever seen.
when i go after them this error only comes from wrong dns
settings, ive sended them the problem with selective 
acknowledgements too and only what i got is "thanks for
feedback, call closed" (short version).
i now try to get useres away from gmx to another freemailer.
