Lance, are you sure you didn't create that one yourself? If there is
no changes, and one "blindly" cut'n'paste the suggestions for how to
use the upgrade_languages_conf script, one is very likely to create an
empty languages.conf ... First check that there is an rpmnew file,
then cut'n'paste...:-).
