Wierd munging of html with a 'uk' domain name

Hi Guys,
I'm seeing the strangest thing happening.
Any html email, which has a link starting with 'www' and including (as
far as I can see) '.uk' in it gets a 'www.' appended to the end of it.
See the example I've included.
Plain text is fine, the munging only happens in the html and only in the
case of .uk.
At first I thought it was something bizarre in the exchange server, but
I've bypassed it and proven it's MS doing it, as I see the exact same
result when delivering to other (non-MS clients).
I'm first off going to try updating MS from 4.55.9 to 4.55.10, but I
have a sneaking suspicion that's not going to fix it. I also have a
sneaking suspicion I have something cooky in my configuration, but I
really am not sure what it might be.
Any ideas where I should be looking?
Thanks
Stef
