My experience: not much. I have learned that much the last couple of
weeks. Almost twice a week a (big) part of the "county" has had power
loss over a couple of hours.

And one power loss hit the data centre of the local cable company.
Resulting in a black screen for all channels but one (strange!). And
complaining didn't work because they use VoIP in their call centre and
that didn't work either. And neither did their website so no messages
their either.
