Spam Detection Around 55%

Also could be you've not enables the DCC/pyzor plugins in 
/etc/mail/spamassassin/*.pre

Try the SARE stock rule from www.rulesemporium.com (and the other SARE 
rules as well), in order to get you're spam detection better.
