Outlook "blocked: " insertions

Outlook appears to be prepending "blocked:" to some URLs. This makes the 
MailScanner detect that the URL is not the same as the listed URL and it 
generates warnings in the emails.

Now, in my book that's fine and makes sense. However, it generates 
support calls which is not so fine. Just wondering how others out there 
are dealing with this...
