You are right although it shouldn't be a problem out of the box (It
defaults to only hashing the deferred queue). It's only a problem if you
specify the queue depth on either side of MailScanner to be different
depths (This is still true if you set the queue depths yourself). There is
an entry in the wiki from memory.
