phishing schemes getting by

I have a MailScanner system where I've installed clamav for
MailScanner to use and it catches a lot of these.

There are only really a few negatives:

1.  It takes a fair amount of CPU time, but nothing terrible.
2.  Only the latest clamav client software can download updates,
     so you have to keep your software updated to stay in sync.
