There's the SaneSecurity supplemental database for ClamAV.  It's not as
conservative as the official ClamAV phishing signatures.

I'm also unsure if

> All other SA plugins mentioned in /etc/mail/spamassassin/*.pre

includes the image OCR plug-ins.
