Whitelisting

I made some changes to the mailscanner.conf yesterday in order to help me
establish why more spam is getting through.  

I discovered that because my spam.whitelist.rules file contains domains
hosted on my server, spam from spoofed addresses that use one of my server's
domains are getting through so I've stopped MailScanner checking the
spam.whitelist.rules file.  

I can see why this might lead to problems (if my customers send a message
that gets wrongly tagged as spam).  

What are others doing?
