OT: Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::ReplaceTags

In my lint test it takes 1.62 seconds for the line of:

[20030] dbg: plugin:
Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::ReplaceTags=HASH(0xade3c24) implements
'finish_parsing_end'

Do you use this plugin?  I do not recall enabling it manually so seems
to be on by default.  I looked up what it does and searched the web
site:
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/ReplaceTags

Could only come up with descriptions and such.
