off-topic spamassassin

This is a SpamAssassin question but I'm not on the SA list (to many 
lists as it is :() so if anybody can help I'd appreciate it.

The spamassassin lint test issues this warning:

The "warn" message is not that helpful but in fairness to SA - most are 
very helpful.
