Could it be done by changing Spam Score Header from:
X-%org-name%-MailScanner-SpamScore:
to:
X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL:
and then adding
Spam Score Number Format = %d
and
SpamScore Number Instead Of Stars = yes

?
