Thanks, actually it looks like that is probably the best method.

I was not even thinking of the use of the Spam Actions section. duh

I was more focused on the section of the config for Spam Header and Mail
Header for Mailscanner.

If the MailScanner/SpamAssassin system has determined that the message
is spam, why not always add a fixed header such as:

	X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL: 10

so that the message will always be quarantined by Exchange?  I don't see
the benefit of using variable values for the spam score at this point.
