MailScanner settings

I've got a canned hosting package which uses MailScanner (Ensim). It
doesn't use spamassassin within mailscanner, but I've activated spam
checks and added spam lists. My question is, with spamassassin = no do
the high scoring spam actions work in relation to the spam lists (I want
2 hits of spam list to go high scoring which I want to have deleted at
this point in processing).
