This is taken directly from SA 3.1.5 install notes:
      - version 0.34 or higher on Unix systems
      - version 0.46 or higher on Windows systems

I think It's pretty safe to say that 0.34 or newer will do the trick on 
Unix.

I actually went to the trouble of looking through the changelog for 
Net::DNS and I didn't spot any fixes important enough to warrant and 
upgrade.
