Yes, built in. Have a look at smtpd_sender_restrictions with  
reject_unverified_sender and smtpd_recipient_checks with  
reject_unverified_recipient more details can be found http:// 
www.postfix.org/ADDRESS_VERIFICATION_README.html the same principal  
can be used for each restriction.
