Block Backscatter Mails?

Hello,

is ist possible to block Backscatter Mails with MailScanner?

I've tried the VBounceRuleset for Spamassassin
(http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/VBounceRuleset), but it didn't work
well. The plugin doesn't seem to scan attached mails and so it makes a
lot of false-positives...

Are there any other possibilities to block such bounced mail with
MailScanner?
