Thought about it, but we keep all spam in quarantine and send a report 
each day to users. Keeping non spam in quarantine would just confuse 
them more than asking for a copy of the learned message with headers intact.

Three years now I've asked Google why they don't have a
logo change for Memorial Day. Why do they choose to do logos
for other non-international holidays, but nothing for
Veterans?

Maybe they forgot who made that choice possible.
