blocking files

Dear Sir,
   
  I have blocked the video files by using filetype.rules.conf 
  by using the below entry.
   
  deny    ASF             No Windows media        No Windows media files allowed
   
  So it is blocking all the video files .
   
  But people have become smart and are now sending mails via zipping the media files.
   
  Is there any way i could block these zipped media files.
   
  Also i want to allow other zipped documents .
