There is a problem with this setting you may not be yet aware of. It 
applies for relaying SMTP AUTHed clients as well. And if your users use a 
broken client like Microsoft Outlook you run into trouble. Microsoft 
Outlook cannot correctly recover from the tempfail and tries resending the 
whole bunch of addresses again and again.
