Thoughts please: 4.54.4 as a stable?

You'd be saving yourself a lot of trouble doing either:-).

If you hold of until monday, I think I'll have a summary of the panda
fixes that are needed for 9.0 ... but then again, I don't think that
many actually use it, so perhaps not:-).
