Laggy List Server??

It's going to be a couple of minutes. Some people might get it in
seconds, others will take a bit of time.

but it seems a lot better than it was. We will continue to monitor it
and see if we can tweak it some more. I might nuke mails older than 8
hours in the outbound queue, of course if Jules approves.
