Hi Glenn, thanks for the reminder. I had noticed this already some weeks 
ago, but didn't find a cause and forgot about it. It must be some bug in 
my program triggered by the way that the quoted references line in the 
replied message was constructed by that email program. 
(The programm used, Outlook Express, adds the last message-id not to the 
folded line but inserts a new line *and* removes the white space before 
the last message-id in the folded line. The first thing seems to be ok, 
the second thing could be a bug, since the client is supposed to take the 
message-id line and add to it, not alter it. Anyway, my client shouldn't 
break the last message-id like it does.)
The broken-up message-id then confuses mailman and it inserts its own 
headers at the wrong position.
I hope we can get this fixed soon, now that I at least know the 
circumstances when it happens.
