MCP broken?

Hello,

I had a similar problem about a year ago and used to patch the code to work 
around. The 'Deliver' action got lost and messages were blackholed. Since 
then, it has been possible to change the mcp/spam checking order which 
resolved the issue for me.

Try setting:

First Check = spam
