2 things:
1. MailScanner uses the sender address in the envelope, not the From:
address that may happen to appear in the headers. Check you are checking
the real address.
2. You should add a default rule to your ruleset
FromOrTo: default 5
3. You are doing a "service MailScanner reload" or equivalent (e.g. HUP
the MailScanner processes).
