Depends on what the firewall does ;-) This should not be any problem 
during MS/SA detection since I assume MS replaces the URL only after all 
is done. So, it's got any effect only when the message gets viewed in a 
mail program that shows HTML and retrieves external images. If port 80 is 
blocked it won't get retrieved.
