Spamassassin not working after 4.53

Erm.. one more thing. I have some outgoing mail servers running 
mailscanner without spamassassin (and hence no sa-update).

Since /etc/cron.daily/sa-update is created automatically, can you add a 
'$disabled = 1/0;' option similar to the one in clean.quarantine?
