Thanks Alex. I will block those "noreply@" and guess I'll need to make 
sure to add noreply at freshmeat.net as being OK--since that is how they 
send out their project updates and whatnot. But I'll also look for that
"block bad helo hack" on sendmail.org and see if that is what I need to use.
