Exclude IP from Mailscanner

My version is 4.43.6
Is there a Scan Messages= parameter already there or must I add it and if so does it matter where?

Put that in /etc/MailScanner/rules/scan.messages.rules
Then set
	Scan Messages = %rules-dir%/scan.messages.rules
in MailScanner.conf.
Then reload or restart MailScanner.
