Exclude IP from Mailscanner

From: 10.2.3.4 no
FromOrTo: default yes

Put that in /etc/MailScanner/rules/scan.messages.rules
Then set
	Scan Messages = %rules-dir%/scan.messages.rules
in MailScanner.conf.
Then reload or restart MailScanner.
