Sendmail Upgrade, other problem

If you are running on Linux and have upgraded from sendmail 8.12 or  
earlier to 8.13 then you need to set
	Lock Type =
or
	Lock Type = posix
depending on your version of MailScanner. Setting it to "posix"  
explicitly is clearer.
