Can't locate MIME/Parser.pm in @INC

I am using MS 4.51.5-1
./install.sh --help

Good. You have the patch command.

Good, you have /usr/src/redhat in place.

Good, unpackaged files will not break the build process.
Good, far-too-clever Perl requirements will be ignored.
Usage: ./install.sh [OPTION]... [VAR=VALUE]...

  -h, --help            display this help and exit
  nodeps                ignore dependencies when installing MailScanner
  ignore-perl           ignore perl versions check
  fast                  do not wait for long during installation

What version of MailScanner are you trying to install? What does it say 
when you do "./install.sh --help" as directed?
