phishing local file...

Every night.. my   phishing.safe.sites.conf   is updated... and I want to leave it that way... because I do not have to worry about it.

I would like an additional 'local version' of the file... in which I can stick in 5 or 6 entries particular to my own situation...  I have tried reading the documentation... and I cannot find out what I have to do... to have an additional local version of:   phishing.safe.sites.conf

Can someone point me in the right direction?
