MailScanner very memory intensive?

Hi Julian,

Thanks, I found out that SA is indeed using large amounts of memory, by
disabling SA in MS.

I have cleaned up my SA rules (4.9Mb total in rules), used only a few of
the rules mentioned on rulesemporium, but still MS is using around 950Mb
with 5 childs.

bash-2.05b# spamassassin --version
SpamAssassin version 3.1.0
  running on Perl version 5.8.8

The server is not heavy used, only for mail gateway and some
firewalling/routing.

Any more suggestions?

Regards,
Remy.
