Not Logging on OS X

I am running MailScanner 4.54.6 on Mac OS X 10.4 with Postfix  2.2.10.
MailScanner is not logging to my /var/log/mail.log. When I turn debug
on I get the following error...

My mailscanner.conf file has Syslog Facility = mail
