MailScanner Error

Hello to Everyone!

I'm new with this list. We're using MailScanner for a less than a year.  Our
current configuration are the following;
MailScanner-4.42.9-1, SpamAssassin Server version 3.1.0 and clamav-0.88. I
would like to ask if the message below
is valid or not. As of my maillogs, it was  more than 700,000 times appeared
for a month starting May 2006 to present.
